Storm bow drops alott more in Underworld.
Can't say about Fiery Dragon Sword though, the Behemoths in Underworld drops them.
Haven't found anything else.
Reason why we mostly go to Underworld is because it isn't as dark and dull like Fissure.
Underworld has 6 sections which makes it less boring, each section has a different environment.

Eternal Shields drop in Fissure as well. Fissure also has plenty of sections, including a big foggy lake and a forest.
